The Story of the Valentine’s Hearties and the Purple Pinano

Let us tell you the story of The Hearties. These are Hearties. They bring all the colours of the rainbow (well, Smarties actually) into their hearts and smother them in chocolate. Yum! Of course, these aren’t actually the real Hearties – the real ones are inside, nudging and giggling to each other, waiting to surprise some wonderful couples who are getting married this year! We had to take pictures very quietly, because they don’t like being disturbed before Valentine’s day!

Normally the Hearties only let you photograph this close before they pop in shock! Then there’s all kinds of multi-coloured madness to clean up! The only way we could get closer was to take them to The Purple Pinano, Rinky Dink, and put them on his keys! Rinky Dink is actually very loud, but when the Hearties are close by, he’s very, very quiet. Rinky Dink is purple – if he makes even the slightest sound then he’ll be a big multi-coloured splat!

Just be warned, if you ever see a Heartie eat it quick, before it pops!
