This incredible book was a wedding present. It’s HUGE! It sits perfectly on a picture ledge on our lounge wall.
My art teachers at school never seemed to appreciate the technical aspects of Escher quite as much as I did – they needed this book!
The paper engineering is almost as intricate as Escher’s drawings (starting to sound like an Art History essay now!). There are not only bits popping up, there are bits you can pull up and bits that slide!
Love that the book is full of quirky little Escher quotes!
