Emma&Will- A Sussex Wedding Full of Surprises | Reportage Wedding Photography in Sussex
A day spent in the glorious calm of the English countryside. Or so you would think. In the heart of a sleepy West Sussex village, a bride gets ready with her family and bridesmaids for company. And Maid of Honour Tess, a beautiful Spaniel! What a brilliant and unusual touch – Tess is beloved to the whole family, so why not?! Meanwhile, Will and his Groomsmen enjoyed a relaxed pint, followed by a short walk to the Saxon church where this lovely couple were to be married.
Traditional wedding bells ring as the newly-weds step from the church, only to be overwhelmed by the noise of a low flying helicopter, that unbeknown to the couple, is due to fly them to their reception venue! What a wonderful surprise, arranged by Emma’s family! Following a short sightseeing, champagne-accompanied flight, the couple land, cheered by their onlooking guests. A rather impressive entry we thought!
A delicious afternoon tea was served shortly after, although how can you concentrate fully on your tea when a Choccywoccydoodah cake is sitting just a few yards away! With speeches cleverly planned between courses, guests were kept busy, until the band arrived and the hog roast was set up, marking the beginning of the evening entertainment, and our moment to leave Emma, Will and their guests to party!
“WOW! I love them, thank you so much, best birthday present ever!…Thank you so so much for our utterly fabulous wedding photos- you captured the day perfectly. All of our friends and family have commented on how they love the photos and it means so much to us to have such wonderful lasting memories of the day.” Emma&Will
