Big Sister

It’s great when families can interact in front of camera – it really brings their photos to life! These are from one of our Baby Grow shoots.

There is so much emotion to be captured from a little girl expecting her first baby brother or sister. Tenderness, intrigue, and an instinctive protectiveness all showed through in this Baby Grow session. Shooting on location in the family home meant everyone felt relaxed, and we could spend some time nattering away about the upcoming arrival without any of the pressures of a studio surrounding!

Having a portrait in a familiar place means that nervousness in front of camera can transform and flourish into self-confidence and encourage children to play around and show their personalities – and means that parents can have more fun too, and so do we!
